The problem the car has is when I pass a speed bump or ditch the left and specially the right tire sound like there loose when they fall. I know for a fact is not my shock. The car only has 50k miles. Thank you for helping.

I have the same issue currently with my car. ( It's the same year and mileage too. haha) When you hit a bump do you hear a clunk? If so, it's probably the control arms, bushings, and/or stabilizer links. I was quoted at it costing 1.2k to fix and that was through the dealership.

Have you checked your sway bar links? When you go over bumps or gaps in the road do you hear a clanking/clicking sound? It's a common wear issue on BMW's and probably the most over looked. I would also have the control arm bushing checked. When they wear out on the E46 it allows the wheel to move around a bit.
