2000 323i: missing bolts for joints inside

Happy new year!

I have some small problems with my car.
I hope you can help me.

Few days ago, my car slid off the snow, hit and bounced off from a barrier.
I was going pretty slow(around 40km/h), and the dashboard showed no warning lights, so I drove it to my home.

Now, driving the car for the first time after that, I'm hearing light squeaking sound every one or two seconds when the car is moving. I think it comes from somewhere behind dashboard. I opened the hood and found some weird things on visual. There's no warning or error lights still.

1. the rubber pipes. There's open space between joints. Is it normal?
2. the bolt is missing there. I think it got lost under the hood. Is it important part?
3. a cover (for bolt) is also missing. Is this part also important?

Would these lost bolts cause malfunction of some components in the car or is it okay to just leave them there?
Do you think I should fix the joints in 2&3 that are missing?

I'd appreciate your help.
