the trans fluid is lifetime. Diff fluid is a pain in the ass... make sure yoiu get the right size wrench (hard to find)

Not all E46's have lifetime trans fluid. The pan will be marked (E46 323Ci production years 6/98 to 3/00) either Dex.III or Texaco ETL. It is important not to mix the two fluids. Diff fluid can be a butt kicker though Good luck
