2 years are over, time to change the oil !!

The odometer reads only 6625 miles (that's 10600 km). According to the manual, oil change is recommended every two years even if you still have many miles left on the digital service indicator.

The car's running fine and oil consumption is almost non-existent. Let's see what the old oil looks like. I'm taking the car to the service now...

How in the world did you only put 6625 miles on your car in two years?!?!? In the past 22 months I've put 36,000 miles on my car.

haha, +1. Im just 19 and ive put 10k on my car in a year. thats also with me being at school from August to May. even though its synthetic, change it every 5k... thats just me.

The oil being black is not a bad sign. Actually, synthetic goes black pretty quickly, since it is cleaning the inside of the engine. I would recommend that you change the filter every six months or so, even if you keep the same oil.

we recommend yearly oil changes at the dealer...for those who don't put alot of mileage on their vehicles
