i thought about getting some beyern 19's which are made specifically for bmw but i am not sure about 18's or 19's. i dont know if it will mess the transmission up or not what yall think???
17 or 18'' is the biggest I'd go... probably can go with 19" but they might hit when turning or with big bumps... I think you would be happy with some nice 17"s or 18"s

You can put 19"s on. You will need to make sure of the offsets. The more aggressive offsets you get, you will rub. For the rears, don't go any smaller than 40 offset. With the 40, you will be required to modify your fenders. I would go with an offset of 45 for clearance.
You can go with 19x8.5 ET 40 for the fronts and 19x9.5 ET 45 for the rears. You should be okay with this set-up. If worse comes to worse, then you may have to roll your rear fenders.
assuming you are riding on stock suspension, you'll be fine w/ 19's. And yes the Beyern's are made for BMW, so the offset is perfect. IHMHO the fives are fugly, but the Mesh are nice.
i have koni adjustables w/ HR springs and just ordered 19's, so, you can totally get away w/ 19's even w/ a drop.
