I will pass...
Too radical to my taste....
It reminds me Nissan theme for some reason... or Pontiac
I will stick wth E46.
Hope current style will come back in favor, when it will be time for me to replace my current bimmer.
I sincerely hope this is some kind of a joke. But then again, I can't figure out if I just got used to look of a "new", at the time, Benz, or they changed it to more conservative.
I love 3 series prior to E46, I admire current E46. I envy owners of last models (not latest) of 5 and 7 series.
I was confused when I saw new 745: it looks fat.
I am indifferent about lates 5 series: it looks to me like mix of styles.
I guess, I do not like new trend in automotive styling, I am too concervative in the way car looks and value too much crisp handling of the car. What a man to do?
i posted that article in the general/motorsports forum. good to see the new m3 will be a monster.
as for styling, the E90 will have to be one of those cars that i need to see in person to make the judgement . i was right about the new 7 (ugly) and wrong about the new 5, it looks pretty good IMO
Why does everyone hate it? It is pure extension of the bangle design on the rest of the fleet!
I think the e46 looked too feminine (no offense to owners, I still love it!) in comparison to the aggressive E30 and the masculin E36... and they only really nailed the styling on the CSL. (Do you get the CSL in the US?)
God, I wish I could afford to drop the deposit on one.......

man screw the looks, go for the power, 400 hp thats amazingg.
However I would still wait a year after the new model has come out, cause I know the first year new 7 series model had a lot of problem (mainly electronic).
