'04 325i Seat Belt Light Won't Go Off

I saw a few people on this forum mention that they had this problem with their airbag light staying on and several members noted that it just needed to be reset. Could I apply the same logic and do this for my seat belt light? Or is there another trick or two I could try before doing this?

This is easy... It could be the under-seat passenger sensor... Bit of a chore to get to as you may need to remove the seat.
If I am wrong then it could be the General Control Module!
If the seatbelt is secure when applied then an easy fix would be a bypass module (9gbp/14 dollars)...
