04 325 ci... cold in the morning

can anyone help..
only in the morning in the cold weather the car turn on perfectly but it takes time after i switch to drive to start moving... but if i switch to tiptronic it will run right away. does anyone faced this problem before?

appreciate any help

When was the last time you had the transmission flushed. It sounds like the fluid has broken down and caused the tranny not to lock into gear.

i have never done it before do you think i should flush it out and have it replaced with new fluid?....
