03 E46 - 320D Low power+Black smoke

Hi, I'm new here.

Seem to have an issue with my BMW - E46 Touring 320D - 2003

Just had a smiple service at a stupid garage!!
It came back with very low power so I took it back again and they said that the vacuum hose had come loose...they sorted this out and most of the power returned.

I now seem to get black smoke when I accelerate and I haven't got all the power back.

It's worst when I'm on the motorway (70+ MPH)...any ideas anyone?

Could be a turbo failure...
Maybe a dirty or damaged maf...
Maybe related with dump valve in turbo

It's very a strange behavior...
