02 E46 318i Pipe Leak?

Hey all,

I keep coming across this white powder under the engine cover. I've cleaned it twice so it's most def a leak. Can anyone help me found out what it is?

Cheers,

Done some home work and the only pipe here is the breather pipe that goes onto the cylinder head. Would this cause white powder ?

Maybe i should replace the rubber ring if there is one on it.

Any ideas out there?
