Hello, First off I'd like to thank Bimmerwerks for this awesome site again.
My 2001 325 CIC's "reverse light" fuse has blown, so I replaced it and then it actually blown again. So i tried it once more with another one and it still blown. The middle part of the fuse disconnects. It is the red (27) fuse with [10] on it. I was wondering if anyone has thoughts on this? The guy at autozone told me its probably either my circuit or wiring so I would need to go to an autoshop that can check it for me.
It could be the wiring? My trunk auto open feature sometimes work sometimes doesn't. Like sometimes i press the trunk open on my key nothing happens but if i open it with the key and then press it I hear the noise like its opening.
Also, my engine makes this like cricket noise...krr, krr, krr, krr... my guess would be a pulley but I am not sure. Some one suggested that it could also be my fan but I don't think it is.
Then, I also heard this clinking sound like almost similar to a spray paint can clinking under my car i believe... then it went away after a week?! Do you think its my catalytic converter? I will take it to the shop but I was wondering if anyone could suggest anything.
Sorry for all the extra questions but thank you all, whom ever has taken the time to read this post!!
