Really, those guys weren't helpful. Honestly, they were some of the nicest folks I've talked to over the phone. I had a few questions as well for them, and they were very helpful.

At any rate, this isn't real easy to explain (wish I had a diagram), but I'll try.

If your looking at the back of the headlight assembly, you have a round recepticle. You have 5 leads to plug in.

If your lookin at the assmebly from the back, going in a CLOCKWISE direction, starting at the top, and working your way around its:

brown

brown

grey

yellow

white

I can draw you a diagram, just don't have time right now, if you haven't figured it out by tonight, I'll hook you up.

On mine there was a stripe on one side or the other (of the wires) that gave the color to match the other side with...

for ex. the brown wire would match up with a wire with a brown stripe on it....I remember feeling the same way, but after taking a good look at it i was able to figure it out...

and yes, the grey splices into the parking lights...

I thought these things were "plug n play" now? Have to rethink purchase of lights.

Doesn't Umnitza have wiring diagrams on line at their website?

Yes they have a wiring diagram on the website, but the problem is sometimes the lights are not wired up in the correct pattern, which is what happened to me. I too called Umnitza for some support and they weren't to interested in giving me help. They didn't even want to take the lights back to give me new ones that were wired correctly. So I ended up opening up the lights and followed the wires my self, which really is no big deal at all. Also the PNP connector is a piece of crap, just do all of the wiring by hand, I also figured that out the hard way.

Thanks for the info. I've heard not good things about Umnitza lately. Still rethinking the light situation.

I just installed ZKW + HID from Umnitza. Their instructions aren't the greatest but I had no problems. The PNP worked for me.

if you order the PNP connector, look up the PNP item on umnitza, it iwll have the correct connections for your headlights.
