Finally installed them....but one of the rings won't light up!

I installed the lights on the right side...at first the high beam ring wouldn't light up...but after time it did. However, when I got to the left side lights, the hi beam light also wouldn't light up. I switched the ballastas (or however you spell it), with no effect.

Any ideas besides a faulty ring?

Little confused. So do you have a ring out or light out? And ballast? Are you talking about HID?

Ring out. By ballast I meant the connector for the rings. I swapped connectors to make sure it wasn't a connection problem.

Been a while, but lemme see. One ring out...hmmm. Have u traced the DDE lead to make sure there are no breaks in the lead to the ring. Everything connected? Other than those obvious problems, I'd say a bad ring. Sucks, sorry to here that. Worth the trouble though IMO.

WTF....Deloriant you are the 4th person that just got DDEs that don't work...What is this ? Some DDE conspiracy virus? used

Well that solves my descision: NO DDEs for me n ! I'm just getting ZKWs with Bosch Xenon HIDs from Umnitza ,

I'm not trying to be screwing with no ballasts used used and shit after paying $200+ for DDEs!


Someone help him....but Deloriant you should PM Tmac and Komodo cuz they both had the same problem with one ring being DOA (dead or dull on arrival)! I believe they somehow solved it...

I know EXACTLY how you feel.

And now my situation is worse, I have a single ring illuminated off center in the front of my car. Looks messed up.

I want to get it fixed

Is anyone else with Angel Eyes ever tempted to drive around without their lights on so the rings look more distinct? I swear I always drive around without my lights off now lol

I did the foglight h7 mod and it's bright enough where I only drive with just the rings on

If so.. I wont buy anything from them... with the risk of these problems.. this is worthless.. you pay good money for this shit...
