Z8 Engin Starter Question????

When you install the Z8 start button on a e36 How do you disable the stearing wheel lock.
Do you leave the key in the car??

i think alotta people just used the button to crank the starter... where you put the key in then hit the button...

Yup. It is mostly for looks. People usually have to carry their key as they normally would, then insert the key turn it to the accesory position, then crak the engine with the Z8 start button.
