Thumbs up

Question for those who work at a BMW service center -
Would factory BMW Z3 front struts ('96 - '02) fit E36 models? I know that rear suspension setup is different, but heard that front ones might fit.

If I am not mistaken the entire z3 platform is an e30 frame, leading me to believe the fronts wont work either. Unless you have a ti, which shares the e30 platform.

I was under the impression that the z3 was on an e36 platform, cause my manual is for e36 and z3 and most things are basically similar.

So the front suspension is basically the same? Z3 struts would work?
