Z3 Convertible Top - Leaking

I've got a 1998 Z3 Roadster with only 10,000 miles on it and in exceptional condition. I noticed the other day for the first time that rain water was leaking along the passenger window. Running along the rubber weather strip along the top edge of the window and dripping down at the mid point. Don't know if the leak is along the window or where the top meets the windshield post and running along the edge...

Any suggestions? Is there an adjustment to snug the top against the windshield? Should I treat the weather stripping to enable it to better seal?

Please let me know if you've had this experience or have any advice on how to diagnose this? I really want to get this fixed before it becomes an issue.....

You could try replacing the weather stripping where the window meets the top, and make sure the window is closing correctly...personally, I would find a local place that deals with convertibles and have them check it out...I'll try a lot of things on my own, but I don't mess w/ my convertible top...if you do something wrong and make the problem worse, you might not know until it's too late (i.e. a gigantic rain storm)
