*sign... went shopping with my girl on the weekend..came back to my car and found a notice with some b*tch saying she's back into my car . Had a look at the initial damage and she pushed the front grill (in between the two nostrals) by about 1/2 inche. No paint have been strip off.
what would you guys think the damage with cost me?
Depending on your opinion on 1/2 inch... Did push stuff into your aux fan?? or did it mess up anything about how your hood sits??... OR more importantly did it mess up your down lock for your hood???.. make sure it didnt cause you dont want your hood to fly up while driving on the road...
Assuming everything with the fan and radiator are fine, you're looking at new nose panel, paint, and griill. Good shop will charge $400 parts paint and labor.

You should just take it to a body shop and find out what they will charge you to fix it. Just give the person who hit you a copy of estimate, if she is honorable (which it sounds like she is) then she will just give you the cash. What you use it for is up to you
To do list:
Suspension--- researching
UUC System U TDM- 3/05
M50 manifold converstion 3/05
off to the tuning shop for custom software 4/05
Cams/lightened flywheel, throttlebody........ well lets see what happens

If you're trying to save money don't do that. When I was in an accident I tried to arrange for the repair shop to put an M3 bumper on. They were completely for the idea but when they told me it would cost me an extra $800 I balked.

WHAT? why would it cost u extra, u buy the parts, thats how a ton of body shops work here, its the same exact way to install and paint, it just looks different.. morons
A lot of stuff you can do yourself...If you buy the bumper and have it painted...it's so easy to do yourself it's not even funny. I just switched out my waterpump, thermostat, belts, and hoses myself all for $100. My local auto shop quoted me $300 just for the water pump installation. Way better to mail order and then do it yourself.
