They are illegal also... Red(on the front of a car) and blue(anywhere) colors are specifically reserved for police and fire forces. Anything with these colors will get you a ticket... doubling the price of those mirrors

have you seen those windshield cleaner replacement heads that are blue? i actually think they dont look that bad when on the highway, leaves a kind of streak at night

Have you ever seen those cops pulling over those cars with the windshield lights? ya its cause blue lights are illegal on cars. Go ask a cop

Those windshield washer LED lights are stupid! They are just $1 bright LEDs wired for your car. I have a bunch of raw LED lights and I use them to wire up lights in my PC, for toy models, and for fun...but no way would I ever use them for my car.
