Whats up guys im new to the forums i just got a 1992 bmw 325is 5-speed black 2 door 180000 mi any way i get the bright idea to put a cone filter on her today cool, so i get my 10mm socket and away i got took off the air box but there were some lines connected well being a honda man my whole life those are just "vacuum" line no keep in mind ive have been driveing for about and hour because i just got a new battery and i put the radio code in wrong three times DUH so all the sudden the green death "antifreeze" start poring out every where not to mention burning the hell out of my hands but any way i love it im sooooo glad i got it all by the way i only payed $4000.00 LOL well have a good one

BTW Your BMW should not have any GREEN antifreeze coolant in there. I had a mechanic accidentally flood my coolant tank with the nasty green stuff and it almost fcuked up my hoses, if I left it in. Replace any green stuff via a full coolant flush and use BMW factory antifreeze coolant (its ice-blue in color and much nicer when you touch it....lol!!!!)

He pulled the wrong hose off the engine I guess. thinking it was a vacuum line. Should be ok when he puts it back
