They are selling for cheap enough..
Really Depends, Are you going to pay to have them put in?
Or are you considering doing it yourself.

If its DIY great value hp / $ Ratio
But if you are having a mechanic Do it, could end up costing you alot

Good mod, definitely. However, it can cost you plenty if you don't DIY. Also, you will need new software (otherwise your car will run like crap), so it is in your best interest to get all your mods in before the cams or at the same time.

Should fit. It's an expensive install if you can't find a friend or learn how to do it yourself. Also needs software. Good upgrade. Get these, with an m50 manifold, and a few more bolt ons and your 328 could be pushing 225+ rwhp

They DO fit. Same exact cylinder head casting for all single VANOS motors. The M3 gets larger ports as well, but that's another story.

As for installing them, it's not that much of a problem if you have a friend, but you will need to follow a special procedure (look on pelicanparts.com) to install and remove them because they are brittle and hollow.

Read about my Frankenmotor Project and see how an M50 becomes an S50!!!

No, don't worry. It's cool. I'm taking it back for us.
