springs and maybe even shocks be better then what i have on my 318is right now.. or would that be dumb to put on my car... also would it make it lower? and what if i just bought the springs would it work with my 318is shocks

I think it would actually sit a little higher or close to the same height because of the weight difference. That's if it fits however. I'd say go with a kit for your car, ask autotechnica, he's got a 318 and is crazy about suspension.

exactly. If you want to improve the ride at a less than premium cost, I've heard good things about FK.
