is this worth it?

i found a 1992 bmw 3 series 325i 2.5l, it looks like its in good condition but i havnt seen it (going to see it this weekend). anyway it is only $4938 but it has 110,121, auto trans. i wish i had some more information for you guys.

what do you mean by 110,121?? If you mean miles, it's not really much! What for extras is on that car?

yeah thats a pretty good deal, they are pricing it to sell for sure, engine wont be driven as hard either due to the automatic tranny.

oops ya its miles sorry. heres all the specs that i have.

power locks/ mirrors/ windows
abs disks brakes (dont know if on all 4 cant tell from pics, maybe some1 else will know)
climate control a/c
cruise
rear defrost
sunroof
fuel injection
fog lights
cargo area light, front reading lights
alloy wheels
they saw tinted glass but doesnt look like it (not a big deal though)
swing away mirrors (wtf are these?? in sun visor??)
illumination entry system
radio/cd
and some more standard stuff

^^ ya i did and it booked at 6500. so they must realy want to get ride of it or its not in as good of shape as it looks.. thanx

Usually about 23-25 city and 28-30 hwy.

run a carfax if you think there may be a problem with it - if you don't want to pay i'm sure there are people out there that have a pass that wouldn't mind running it for you...

Depending on outside temperature....... In winter the mileage is 20 miles/gallon. In spring, summer and autumn, the mileage is about 25 miles/gallon!

I paid 4200 for a 92 325i with 119,000 miles .......keep in mind youll probably have to fix a few things ....mine needed h2o pump, shocks, and a few little things that werent a prob for any DIYer Mine runs great and I love it so I say go for it. Btw ....welcome to the forum......were all here to help you keep your Bimmer at its finest...

i was going to ask the dealer and if they didnt give me one i wasnt going to buy the car
