I am not sure. I just bought a 1999 328iSE (E46), 23,000 miles all the extras except standard suspension and no leather for £11,750 which is basically only 3 grand difference, and that was from a dealer. For a '96 and older model, I think I would be looking to pay a good bit less. Circa £6000

thats AMASING low miles like CRAZY low, I have a 1998 318ti M, has the part-leather sport seats and I LOVE THEM, does it have the full M-tech body kit?? I know that my M has the M-tech all around and the suspension. But does it have the back end and side skirts as well as the front?? (I ask b/c my brother has a '92 325is and his didn't have any of the M-tech body stock.) Mine had 62,000 on it and it was stickered at $9,559... the price I got was $7,200 but I babysit for the dealerships manager, hehe, well best of luck to ya!
