So, I started my car this morning with ease. Drove to work, (about 20 miles), and stopped at a gas station like i always do. I go to turn off my car and the ignition won't turn the car off. wtf. I pull real hard on it and it shuts down. But when i try to restart, nothing. It feels real hard to turn and the only thing that comes on is the accesory. I am assuming it's the ignition switch, but I was wondering if you guys know how much $$ one would cost and how long it will take me to do it? Any help it much appreciated.

could be your tumbler is screwed up, not sure how much it will cost but it does involve a bit of time because they need to get the proper tumbler for your key

Yuppers. I agree. Sounds like a bad ignition switch. If the tumblers were bad/fallen out of place, you shouldn't be able to turn it to the accessory position either. Probably needs to be a dealer item so they can rekey the new ignition switch with the proper tumbler position.
