Wiring Problem??? Help

hi i have a e36 and the other day i turned on the front interior spotlight/reading light and it flashed. i htought the bulb had gone however a new one didnt work either. now neither of the interior spotlights/reading lights, the vanity mirror lights, or the speedometer lights are working. and the windows and sunroof do not open unless a dorr is open.

has any1 got any ideas of what the problem is??? i thought it could be a relay but am not sure which one.

check fuses

checked those they are all fine and i have noticed the windows and sunroof will work with the doors closed if one of the reading lights is switched on
