Winter tires

Hey i was wondering if these tires would fit my 98 328i, i need winter tires and dont want to get new ones as i plan to get a newer bmw in the spring.

the seller claims
"NOKIAN HAKKAPELIITTA 10 used only for 2 winter season , more than 80 % tread left"
and the tire size is "195/65/15 "
they are on steel wheels with hub caps,
whats a good price and will they fit and are they good on my car for the winter?

thanks in advance
