I haven't been able to get my car inspected because I can't get my wipers to turn off (they run at 2 different speeds high and medium, not slow or off. So today I took the steering column apart to replace/trouble shoot the switch. Not sure how to test the switch but when I unclipped the switch from the harness the wipers continued to run? Any advice on trouble shooting the switch?
Does anyone know where the wiper relay is located?
Stuck relay, if not that, then a wire has be shorted.
Check fusebox, if it's not there, it's underneith the glovebox and will be a total pain to get to.
Removing and replacing the glovebox is no walk in the park. Be sure the relay is under the glovebox before working
