| they are a bit of a pain but once you understand how they come out, the second one should come out pretty easy. from what i remember from changing my hood.
you need to disconnect the electical connector and the hoses that feed the fluid... than you need to squeeze the clips that hold the washers in place, and i believe they actually are removed from the top, (push the washer upwards and out). its a bit of a pain, i remember when i did it. but hope that helps you out.
