I own a Car Stereo / Tint shop in Florida. Prices here vary even all over our state. In my city 2doors = $129.00 4doors= $149.00
I have a 325i Convertible, that car would cost roughly $90.00
I also have computer cut window film patterns. I would sell you pre-cut patterns for your car to save you money on your tint job, but if you have never applied window tint, I don't recommend you trying.
Tinting my 540 cost me $275 done by a pro, and damn good. Tinting my 745 and 750 both cost about $300 each... (all 20%) I tinted my E46 for $175...so its a pretty wide range...
And napalm, u said something about computer cut tints...... just curious how much would u let some go for but most importantly, is it really that difficult to do cuase i've never done it before but id love to save the money..... but at the same time id love to not f*up my car.
I got mine done from a friend who works at lightning mike's 35% all around for $120

Just put tints on my '06 750 Li - I researched it a bit and found that you want to stay away from metallic tints - they can interefere with you radio reception (most often am), navigation and possibly your BMW Assist.
So I had a professional install tints that contain ceramics - high quality and look great! - Cost me about $260.
Yeah do it at the pros so you have that precious "Lifetime warranty.."
