If by rubber you mean the rubber lip at the bottom of each window, I changed mine after an hailstorm... Bought them at dealership, does not cost a lot but are a pain to install... There is a thin aluminium sheet in these and if you do a bump on it, you can't really hide it... be cautious

Thanks but I'm looking to replace the whole surround, I have some that are starting to split and make the car look untidy so I thought I would bite the bullet and do them all.
I've arranged to have the front and rear windscreens popped out , new rubbers fitted and the screens re-fitted by an auto glass company but I wanted to get the door glass surrounds done as well.
Hahahaha.... ha... dealership is the place to get them.. either that or try and contact the guy that owns... www.bimmerparts.com he might have some for you...
