window problem

my pasenger side window on my convertible wants to roll up almost a extra inch if you open the door and try to roll it up. This makes the "up down 2 dr" feature not work since when the door is shut it is already down almost a inch according to the motor so it doesn't think it need to move much, if at all. I just replaced the microswitch because it was bad but unfortionatally that was only half my problem know that wants to work but can't?????? this sucks, so I unhooked the micro so it doesn't move again when you open the door until I figure out this damn problem,

try this. get the microswitch going again and then roll the window down for 10seconds (hold it for 10 seconds) then take it up to the top and hold it for 10 seconds. (do this all while the door is closed)

now try it out..
what your trying to do is allow the car to remember where the windows limits are. i cant remember exactly what the details are of the process but it fixed my problem a few years back.
