Ok this is my virgin post I have a 1993 325i I got in my car to take my girl to work and I rolled the windows down. After i dropped her off, I decided my car needed a bath so I went to the wash and tried to roll my windows up and they wouldnt work. The lights in the window switches do not come on anymore when the headlights are on. I checked all my fuses, and they are ok. The Haynes or Chilltons manual doesnt say anything about this problem and I am running out of ideas. ANY help would be great as it is supposed to rain in a few days.
By the window buttons there should be a circuit breaker button. If it's popped up, a red stripe should show. If you click it back down, the windows should work. If it pops again, there is a short that needs to be found.

I assume its the button on the dash to the right of the steering wheel. I checked it and it is not working. I reckon it is a short...thanx for the help bro...any ideas of where it could be....or could it even be a relay like I have read in previous posts?
