All the write up to fit new rear springs asks for the drive shaft flange to be split and dropped. I'm sure it's possible to get the springs in by dropping the anti-roll bar, and then just pushing down on the lower arm?

This won't harm the CV joint will it???

Ps. Have grabbed an extra inch or so by making my own spring compressors!
