I have a chance to buy a good BMW e36 328i Catalytic Converter from a private party.

My car is a 1995 325i E36 5-speed sports pkg.

Will this fit?

It will probably physically fit. But the 328 is an OBD II car. which means it has bungs for four o2 sensors. The '95 has one sensor. If you could cap them off, it would probably work.
