Wide Style Grill?

I like the wider style grill that is on some bmw's more than the one on my '92 e36. I am not positive, but i think i saw someone w/ an e36 who had switched to the wider style grill? is this possible for me to do? it so, which one do i get? thanks

yes. If you want the more angular look, you need a new nose panel. if you want the e46 wide grill look, check ebay.

No, either way (e46 or 328 look) you need a new nose piece...

actually, you don't need a new nose panel for the e46 look. There are people on ebay who sell e46 look to fit earlier nose panels. To upgrade the to more angular style, you need a new nose panel. Any place that carries body panels should have it (search yahoo for e36 nose panel) and grab a 98.

I have an updated grill for my e36 and everybody swears its a new model. I got mine off ebay for about 50-60 bucks.

any problems getting it to fit? I painted my grill all black and it looks really sweet, but it's starting to chip. Has anyone had any chipping problems with grills they bought from ebay?
