Check all your bulbs. Are any loose or burnt out?

Are any of your lights aftermarket or not the correct bulbs? For example excess or less wattage than they are supposed to be? Liek 100W bulbs in your high or low beams instead of the factory 55W. Or blue aftermarket turn signal bulbs?

Son fo a biscuit. Well since it's a whoel side of lights, and assumign you replaced the fuse with the correct amp fuse that is in good condition...then it's probably a relay. I dont have a bentley manual. This may be a job for your local mechanic. Shouldn't really break your budget though.

Do you hear the relay clicking?

Could be the turn signal switch on the steering column itself. Do the emergency flashers work on the right side? When you hit your left turn signals do you hear the relay also clicking? Now when you hit your right turn signals do you hear the relay clicking? If not take a look at the turn signal switch and stalk itself. You'll have to pull the steering wheel off to replace it. Do you have a digital multmeter?

More questions...what year and model.

Ok, when the hazard flashers are working does the little turn signal arrow on the dash light up for both sides? Does it light up on the right side when you try the right side turn signals? I'm trying to isolate the break point. Has the car ever been wrecked in the passenger side?
If you need the factory electrical schematic I can email it to you. The year and model?

Check the wire plugs going into the back of the tail light assembly. I've noticed on my '02 325i that those wires going into the plug corrode and come loose pretty frequently.
