I have decided, that since I am going to keep my 325i, I am going to rebuild the entire engine with aftermarket parts and go all N/A..Where do I look for the parts, what parts do I need and what all companies do you all reccomend? Thanks for everything!

Get BMP parts for engine internals.

BMP cams (mid-high duration, up to you) they are made of OE billets, not reground, tones of options
BMP titanium valve springs, retainers and seals (allows for higher safer revs)
BMP high compression head gasket (VERY good product, used by race teams and I swear by them )

custom forged pistons (I use JE)
custom connecting rods (not required, but optional, I'd use Crower)
get some larger injectors and maybe remap the MAF or whatever your car has

Then I'd just dyno tune a custom chip from any respectable car shop. Or get BMP to make you one which matches with the cam specs.

And no, I don't work for BMP or represent them :wink I just think they make amazing internal race components.

Their customer service is really bad, but if you manage to get the parts from them, you won't be disappionted. They send people the wrong parts very often, so make very sure that they know exactly what you want. Send them 100 emails if you have to!
