Wheels | Paint | Chip | ?

OK its that time of the year where i go on a little modding spree....

i just got a Turnermotorsport Jim Conforti Chip... and my wheels are looking old, and the grey is REALLY annoying me... so ya i'm gonna get that all done this week... it should look hot!

My budget for wheels is VERY low though... like $400 for wheels and keeping my same tires (not bigger wheels, just different ones)... or should i just save up? or get some used e46 wheels? or get some cheap rims from discount tire? - i like the 5 spoke, $100 or so a piece... maybe some paint on the ol calipers?

Save up for wheels and tires. Just do the painting now and do the rims later.

Wheels are the major part that makes the look of your car, no shortcuts should be made when considering... If you have to save some money do, because if you go with a smaller size and something you dont really want, you will regret it later. I would suggest at least a 17 inch on an e36. Good Luck!
