I am looking at getting a set of wheels for a 95 325is that are 17"x8" with an offset of 38mm. I think that these will work I just wanted to see what experienced BMW enthusiasts would be able to tell me.
Also would any spacers need to be used to get a nice flush look(i dont wan them sticking to far into the wheel wells)?

I believe the wheel will fit just fine. Are they BMW OEM wheels?
Yes. They are off the E46 M3.

the tire/wheel package i am looking at is exactly the same dimentions so it looks like it will work. actually judging by your pic i think they are the same wheels.

not to sounds like a dick or anything.. but mine are 17" replica's... not OEM... plus, the e46 m3 wheels are either 18inch or 19 inch.... u might want to check up on what your buying...
because if your paying a lot of money for OEM rims, and not getting them.. then your in some trouble!
