I've got a 328i Convertible, and would like to change the wheels for some bigger ones.

Can someone tell me the largest possible wheel i can get on the car - without having to mess with the bodywork/suspension etc.

Also which styles suit the convertible best?

thanks.

17s and 18s are the most popular sizes... if you go larger.. your turn radius and such will be quit harsh.... I'd get 18s.. its what I have.. and they work out fine..

Good Luck,

Les

Are 18's the biggest you can go before you have to roll the fender?

i think you roll the fenders because of the width of the wheel not the hieght unless you have 19's.

Well, what I'm really asking is how big of a wheel can you mount without having to worry about modifying your fender well?
