anybody have expirence with these thingas are they worth putin on

They basically create a wider stance and theoretically makes your car handle better. I've also heard it creates more wheel vibration and I don't exactly like the idea of extending my current wheel bolts. There's something about that that doesn't seem very safe.

Anyways, you'll notice that it tends to follow the road more, meaning if there are impurities or cracks in the road, the car will tend to follow them. It's the same result when you add wider tires to the car. It's purely a cosmetic thing in my opinion.

spacers really tend to help more with camber correction as well.

I have spacers on the fronts of my car.. mainly used for my 19's so I didn't rub the inner tire on the fender lining when i turned the wheel. and they won't create any more vibration if you get a good set, and you gauge them for flatness.. they are worth it if you want to do the job right...
