No, I don't believe wheelexchange are authentic OEM wheels made by BMW. They are reproductions, but are quite done well. I've had friends who ordered through them and they seem quite satisfied with the quality.
cast and forged are mehtods of manufacturing. Forged are milled from a single block of metal. Casts are made by using liquid metal and colling it into that shape.
Forged are stronger.

tireman, i hear you all mine are bent too, i hope these hamanns will last....
ok cool thanks for the input guys, i think i am going to order them from wheel exchange
Ok now im really confused of which rims to get, cause i was about to order M5 Replicas Wheels for my 328i but now that some of you are saying theyll bend soon im not so sure anymore.
What would you guys suggest?
Should i got with the M5 Wheels (they look really euro wit them on an e36), or should i save my money and per say go for hamanns??
wheel exchange reps are high quality. It is not that they will bend per se, but rather they will be more prone to bending than OEM. Unless you have a chronic addiction to hitting curbs and potholes, you should be ok.

haha that made me laugh. I have a chronic addiction of hitting potholes, not that I mean to. I see them, mentally get out of the potholes way, but physically don't move.

thats true. and the same goes with M-Parallels
