What is the largest diameter and width wheels you would put on an e36 4 door 325i? I want something with a PHHHAT lip and something under 1700 wheels and tires! preferably 19 if it can fit...thanks!

yea the more i think about it, I think I might go with the 18 inch...Can I go any wider than 8.5? Someone told me I could go all the way to x10 before but he may have been full of it. I'm sure the wider you go, the more expensive it is too...Anyway thanks alot for the help and I will let you guys know whether or not I get this 325i I have been looking at!

I agree. 18's look best and I think 19's would be so low profile, it would beat the shit out of you driving.

Personally, I would only go with either 18"s or 17"s. I think that you would have to roll your fenders for the 19s to fit. Bling-bling + E36 = nono.

yes, you can go wider than 8.5, but you will need to roll your fenders to accomodate the wheels.
he's talking E36, and e30_325_s52 your talking about e46....true on the e46 i can fit 19x10 in the rear without any moditifications, and i can fit 19x9 in the front...BUT for a e36, on a sedan, the max i would go is 18".....19"s dont even look right on non-m e46s.....but the e46 m3 has a larger wheel well....so 20"s can fit
