Hey Everyone,
I got a 93 325is. Just wanted to see everyones opinion on what I should save up for next. Deciding on 17 inch rims (HP Evo's? Asa r1's? Exel e2's?) or reiger infinity front lip? or should I go performance and get a real exhaust for instance a supersprint dtm style? or get the ucc ssk? or get a suspension set up? Also what supension setup is best for street use? Any good deals on websites? Thanks to anyone that can help me out with my decision.
Control before power (bmw in a nutshell) and also I think the hyper black asa's are suhweet! Of course you might prefer the silver on your color of car.

Suspension definately. It really depends on how much money you want to spend. Take a look at peoples sigs too see which are the most popular. But I recommend only Bilstien or Koni struts, the springs just depend on how much you want to spend. I'm happy with mine, but H&R is a popular choice.
Yep, suspension. Performance shocks and springs, X-brace, a strut bar. Then some low profile z-rated tires.
Shocks and springs will cost you about $600 bucks on Ebay (Bilstein or Tokico), X-brace is about $115 (makes a difference) and a good strut bar is about $200.
thanks for the info. yea i heard that koni's are the best shocks to get but what bought springs? Is Koni shocks and h&r springs the best combo? I want a combo that is not over expensive. Just want a lowered look and performance for street use.
hey thanks for the help everyone. I guess I should take your advice and go for performance mods 1st. I am thinking about getting suspension mods done. Can you guys give me some websites to check out where I can get good deals on suspension set ups? Also is the H&R cup kit a good choice? I know the price on that kit isn't so bad. I also know this guy that is selling koni sa with dinan springs for around the same price as a new h&r cup kit think it is worth it?
Do not buy the H&R cup kit without buying at least a rear camber kit. The camber it puts on your rear wheels will shred your tires very quickly. Also, it was mentioned before, but do not buy Tokico struts (I know it wasn't in your post), they are junk and will break.
thanks for the info. how much do rear camber kits and rear shock mounts usually run for? Also know any websites I should check out for suspensions kits. Also know where I can check out pics of 325is with h&r cup kit or other suspension kits installed?
thanks for the help buuh but haha i already got an intake exhaust and a tms chip. i just basically wanna finish the car by adding suspension and some 17inch rims and a rieger infinity front lip.
The camber kit isn't really a kit. It is a pair of adjustable rear trailing arms, which you then adjust the length of to change your camber. Turner Motorsports, VAC Motorsports, UUC, BavAuto, and a number of other places sell them. Just look for Adjustable rear trailing arms, or "camber correction" rear trailing arms. As far as finding pics with certain items installed, good luck...

Im happy with my bilstein sport shocks and eibach pro kit, x brace, and tms RCAB limiters. Got my front camber kits from bav auto. Ditto with the RSM. After suspention Id hit up the brakes, wheels and tires (make sure you get some good ones) and do the lip.
I say you get a brake upgrade first. You should be able to stop especially with bigger wheels. I suggest TMS brake kit w/ axis cermaics good deal. I'm ordering one two. Then upgrade the suspension then power and finally looks.
