What To Look For When Buying?

hey im new to the forums and the whole world of bmw's i recently sold my eclipse and am wanting to get a 92 325I, but it has 215K miles put on it. The owner said its all highway miles from traveling between san fran and sacramento. I really want this car but the high miles scare me, ive heard that bmw parts are realy expensive to, so i was wondering what you guys would suggest, and also wondering what parts normally go out first on this model of bmw. like on my eclipse i know the trannys normally go out around 200K so i was wondering if there was anything similar to this on the bmw's. Im sure there is a writeup on common e36 325i if you search for it. (ie radiator, water pump) I think that you are better off saving your money and getting a BMW with lower miles instead. Also, use carfax if not sure.
