What kind of luck have you had ordering OEM from bimmerpartswholesale?

I received a ps pump (sold as new) and it looked like a remanufacture. It had the LUK sticker on it but just barely. I know they have to ship this part with fluid to keep the seals wet and that might have loosened the tag. Also, one of the big torx screws holding the pump to the bracket was painted and the other was not. I have seen reman parts before and this looks like one - bad paint and indents where washers had been...

I talked to the guy in India who hadn't a clue, and the "live chat" they have on their website. Live person punching script keys. ARGGG!

I havent posted for a while so forgive me if this is common knowledge around here.

my buddy ordered control arms from them, they still haven't shipped them out, it's been like 3 weeks and they stopped responding to his e-mails, he's currently in a dispute with them with paypal
