What Ecu Should I Get?

OK, so I lost a bid on ebay for a performance chip in the last 20secs for $1.99 more(man i hate that). So although I was not really looking for a one, the idea of lower price got me, now I really kinda want one. What are peoples opinions on the best chip and such? I have a 1994 325is. I have read alot about the TMS and Dinan chips. I am also going to do a Cold Air Intake, but will wait until it warms up around here and all the ice melts and such in a couple of months.

for ideal preformance outta the chip!! u should get all engine mods before the chip!!
