Okay I have a e36 325is its red with black interior. Everything is working great on it, but know I want to start working on the exterior. I want it to look sporty, I mean awesome! But I have no clue where to start. I think I want to start with minor upgrades and work my way up to more expensive things. Please give me your suggestions on what you think I should do.!.!.
upgrade to m-tech side moldings
m-tech body kit
litely tint windows
wheels
suspension (possibly lower)
exhaust
and if it needs it, fix any bad places in paint
...those mods can pimp your ride, lol, but making your ride look hott isn't cheap, even the small mods.
depends on the part. I have found eBay to be great for buying tail lights, fog lights, clear corners etc. but you may want to go with say, tirerack.com for wheels and suspension and such because if you are going to start dumping loads of money into your car you want to make sure you are getting good stuff from a reliable source. Small but tasteful details light headlights and trim painting are also good places to start.
Sooo, for all of these parts am I supposted to get them on ebay? or where is a good place selling good quality parts?
lights can usually be found on ebay for a good deal, but be careful not to get something ricey or cheaply made. ebay can sell those very easily, lol. if you're unsure of an item just post it here and let us check it out first. but i'd get the euros from eaby (clear tails, clear side markers, clear corners) and then alot of the other items such as m-tech side moldings and body kit, hids, exhausts etc get those from a good site such as BavAuto.com. there are many other sites you can get parts from, jsut look around! i'm compiling a list on my site of sites to get products from you can look there if you want, but its no where near complete. its under my sig.
