Just curious on what coil over is best for a 93 325is? I want a lowered look and better handling. I don't want a set up that is too stiff or to bouncy like the ones that are on rice rockets. Also is strut and springs the same thing as coil overs?

common set ups are bilstein shocks n h&r springs or h&r springs with koni shocks..i have the h&r n koni set up on my E36 M n i like the handling..it gives it a nice stance with fine handling.
