I use bosch +4's. Work great in anything other then turboed or supered engines. In which cases they run too hot and you'll ping.
My friend Vinny uses iridium plugs in his dinan supercharged m3 and he says he saw a big difference switching to them.
Bosch Copper +2's are the way to go. The +4 are too much spark for our cars. They are great plugs if the car can use or needs that much spark. Unless you want to go to a more expensive plug which isn't going to help that much. Bosch Copper +2 are the best OEM (or like OEM don't remember if they actually are OEM) replacement spark plug.

I have had bad experiences with Bosch plugs in my Tundra, and my BMW mechanic (who also races) says NGK 3 electrode pugs are the best for the 3-series engines. I found that out after I bought my Denso Iridium plugs, which seem to work well in my 318...
